I have nothing great to say about Best Buy. If they have a good deal i'll buy something from them but most of the time, I find myself shopping for stuff online. I only came here because I had some gift cards I wanted to get rid of. This review is mostly for Best Buy as a whole but I was mistreated mostly by this Best Buy in Moreno valley.

So let me tell you what happened. They had an item that wasn't in stock in Best Buy San Bernardino they told me I can order it and I can pick it up in Moreno Valley as they had it in stock, I paid it in full at San Bernardino.

I arrive 30 minutes later at the Moreno Valley Best Buy only to find out that they haven't even pulled it from the shelves for me to pick up. Please note that Best Buy San Bernardino even called this Best Buy to pull it from the shelf for me to pick up right away. So I waited 2 hours 2 HOURS! Only for me not to pick it up. My Best Buy account is under my dad's name they said I could NOT pick it up!

I purchase this item with my own credit card and I was not informed that I could not pick it up! I waited 2 hours! No one told me this! This is unacceptable and Best Buy really needs to learn from this. It seems when one visits a Best Buy these days it always a different experience.

In experience, I mean the way their store is set up and the selection of stuff you find inside it. I've seen numerous variations and so I walked into this one and had it happen again.

Their selection of DVDs and Blu-Ray is limited compared to most Best Buys. Also of note is that most Best Buys have a good selection or variety of anime.

Not so at this store! Can't really recommend this place. If I had to describe this place, it's a Best Buy "lite". Employees stand around and make you wait for help while they talk and look at their phones. I walked out of the Moreno Valley Best Buy tonight never to return.

I will spend my money in other stores whom still understand the concept of customer service! I've gone to alot of Best Buys and they're pretty much the same. Well, I take that back the one in San Bernardino ain't the best, but it's close to me thats why I go there all the time. Now, as for Moreno Valley I dig this spot. It's rather new and they do offer to help you out when needed Damn you Direct TV sellers haha. They usually have things in stock, so that is always an plus in my books.

Fast service and thats what I like about it, in and out, simple as that. You may think that this Best Buy location is closed. Even at 5pm on a Thursday it's dead calm and practically empty. You'll have the distinct inclination to shout and wait for an echo. The vast, endless aisles of electronics, the drone-like salespeople watching the clock as though the simple act of awareness will release them from the prison of digital cameras, plasma-screen televisions, and converters, chargers and DVDs.

I appreciate that they have a readily available and easy-to-find restroom. I appreciate that they let me charge my iPhone with a minimum of hassle and only a few sidelong stares. I appreciate that they would rather be doing something else with their time than answer questions from elderly women purchasing their first computer. This is neither the best nor the worst of the Best Buys I've visited. It is what is support and resistance in forex trading the most deserted.
